Responsibilities

Assist in surgical procedures by providing first assist support to surgeons.

Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment for procedures.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations during surgeries.

Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the surgical team.

Utilize pipelines to track and measure success in surgical assistance.

Collaborate with team members to achieve surgical goals and targets.

Assist in the evaluation of surgical outcomes and performance metrics.

Document surgical procedures and patient information accurately.

Maintain a clean and organized surgical environment before and after procedures.

Experience / Qualifications

Certification as a Surgical Technician is mandatory for this role.

Proven experience in assisting surgical procedures in a clinical setting.

Ability to monitor patient vitals and report changes effectively.

Strong understanding of surgical instruments and sterilization techniques.

Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a surgical team.

Willingness to receive and act on feedback for continuous improvement.

Familiarity with compliance standards in surgical environments.

Experience using performance metrics and success pipelines.

Strong documentation skills for surgical procedures and patient data.
