Starting Pay: $18.03/hour + $1,250$1,500 Sign-On Bonus (eligible shifts)

As part of our Direct Support Team, you are more than a caregiver you are a mentor, advocate, teacher, and champion of independence.

You will:

• Support individuals in daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, budgeting, personal care, transportation)
• Provide supervision that ensures health, safety, and accountability
• Teach life skills that promote self-sufficiency and confidence
• Encourage participation in community activities and social engagement
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and explore their interests
• Communicate with families and team members in a supportive, professional manner
• Work under the guidance of a Program Manager while taking ownership of meaningful daily interactions
