We are seeking passionate, clinically licensed therapists to join a growing outpatient residential treatment program supporting individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. This role offers the opportunity to provide meaningful care through individual therapy, group sessions, and creative community-based interventions - including outdoor and non-traditional therapeutic settings.

????️‍⚕️ What You'll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions

• Facilitate skills training and psychoeducational groups

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Build strong therapeutic relationships with diverse client populations

• Deliver services both in clinical settings and community environments

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EHR systems

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support client outcomes

• Master's Degree in a related field

• Active clinical license (so only LCPC, LCSW, LCMHC, etc. "Clinicians)

• Experience providing therapy and behavioral health services

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively

• Experience with electronic health records preferred
