HCD Research Engineer

A company is looking for an HCD / Research Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Design complex, form-based user flows and prototypes

Articulate a compelling design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences

Manage diverse stakeholder relationships and demonstrate the value of design in various settings

Required Qualifications and Education

Strong background in human-centered design, research, and service design

Experience conducting independent research and adapting methods as needed

Familiarity with the Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) framework

Experience with Salesforce user interface and functionality preferred

Must reside in the Eastern Time Zone
