A company is looking for a Staff Security Analyst to lead compliance efforts and analyze complex security issues.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively analyze complex security issues and define strategies for balancing security and operational needs
Lead compliance efforts for FedRAMP Moderate and contribute to continuous monitoring strategies
Drive the implementation of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) capabilities across the organization
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in security analysis, cyber security, or a relevant area, or equivalent education and experience
Deep experience executing activities along the full audit life cycle for FedRAMP Mod+ or equivalent frameworks
Proven track record in designing and testing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery programs for large-scale SaaS environments
Ability to bridge business views and technical requirements effectively
Experience leading a security function or program for at least 1 year
