Job Title : Project Manager (Healthcare Projects)
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex healthcare construction projects, delivering high-quality, compliant, and patient-focused environments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in highly regulated settings, excels at coordinating diverse teams, and can drive projects from preconstruction through close-out with precision, safety, and excellence.
Day to Day
- Manage full project lifecycle including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and close-out.
- Coordinate with field staff to resolve issues and keep projects on schedule.
- Lead client communication, OAC meetings, site walks, and support RFQ / RFP efforts.
- Oversee subcontractor buyout, agreements, and document control.
- Mentor project teams and uphold a strong safety and quality culture.
