Job Summary :

The Senior Engineering Manager’s primary responsibility is to lead and grow leaders within Experity’s software engineering organization. This role requires building and empowering high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, and ensuring consistent delivery of secure, high-quality software. The Senior Engineering Manager will manage both engineering managers and individual contributors, ensuring balance between scaling leadership capacity and providing direct coaching to senior engineers. A key responsibility is mentoring senior technical leads and lead engineers, preparing them for future management opportunities while driving current delivery outcomes. This leader is expected to balance operational excellence with innovation, strengthen organizational clarity, and model Experity’s core values by creating an environment of trust, focus, and empowerment.
