Facility QA Supervisor (RHIT, RHIA, CCS)

A company is looking for a Facility QA Team Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily work assignments and productivity of the inpatient coding quality review team

Answer coding questions and review performance, including time off approvals and performance reviews

Deliver QA reports to clients

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (relevant experience may substitute for formal education or advanced degree)

Active credentials such as RHIT, RHIA, or CCS

5+ years of inpatient and / or outpatient coding experience at an acute care hospital

Prior management experience

Auditing experience preferred
