Grain Operations Manager

Midwest based company searching for a Superintendent for their grain facility near Henderson, KY! This person will be responsible for providing operational leadership to ensure commercial execution, which includes providing technical and managerial expertise necessary for the efficient and profitable operation of the elevator. This includes inventory control, operational cost control and logistics, mix & blend including grain conditioning and space allocation, preventative maintenance, talent management including production planning, energy conservation, and asset security. Must have leadership experience in a grain elevator. Up to 115K DOE, Relocation provided and wonderful benefits!
