Schedule : Monday - Friday 6 : 30am to 4pm with a Saturday rotation (and a designated day off during the week if it is your turn to work Saturday)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this position, you field phone calls from clients who have general questions or are looking to schedule service appointments, and when they drop their vehicle off at the dealership you greet them with a smile and ensure we have an accurate description of their concerns. You then act as the liaison between our Service Technicians and the client, explaining all recommended work and getting authorization to perform repairs. You provide honest, accurate estimates on labor and parts and ensure that all charges are billed out correctly.
