What's your day like?

As a Host / Hostess, you will engage with guests on a daily basis, creating authentic connections and ensuring their experience starts off on the right foot. Your empathetic nature will shine as you greet guests with warmth and kindness, escort them to their tables, and manage reservations with efficiency. You will work collaboratively with the team to maintain a welcoming and respectful environment, all while upholding the high standards of service that our company is known for.

What we're looking for in a Host / Hostess

To excel as a Host / Hostess, you should possess previous guest service experience, though it is preferred, and be proficient in handling various software or tools related to reservations and seating arrangements. Your caring and compassionate nature, along with a respectful attitude towards guests and team members, are essential qualities for this role. Additionally, the ability to maintain the physical demands of the position, such as standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights, is crucial. With a focus on empathy and genuine care for others, you will thrive in our energetic and engaging environment, making a positive impact on every guest's experience.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Previous Guest Service experience preferred.
• Must be caring, compassionate and respectful
• Must be able to maintain the physicals aspects of the position.
