Admins support the team via data entry, analysis, and reporting on performance as well as providing additional assistance as needed. This position is for our luxury division which includes premium brands such as BMW, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover, Jaguar, Acura, and more! Duties and responsibilities include:
- Utilizing computer systems to accurately log and track all activities, outcomes, and key performance indicators
- Meeting and/or exceeding all standards for performance, customer service, and teamwork
- Coordinating schedules
- Data entry, collation, and analysis
- Other office work as needed including running errands
- Participating in company effort to meet goals, objectives, and benchmarks
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Participating in training and developing skills to maximize effectiveness and potential
- Safeguarding all private and protected data for customers and the company
- Demonstrating the company's core values
- Maintaining accurate timekeeping record in timekeeping system
- Complying with company policies and procedures
- Observing all federal, state, local, and company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties
