Mike Savoie Chevrolet is seeking an experienced, customer service minded, Service Advisor to add to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Write Repair Order after verifying customer's complaint
• Effectively and accurately communicate customer complaint on repair order
• Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Punctual and dependable team player
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Work effectively with technicians and parts department to ensure quality service
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations
