The H50 Colorectal Surgery Unit is part of Cleveland Clinic’s Digestive Disease Institute, where surgeons perform more than 5,000 surgical procedures annually. A caregiver in this position works rotating days / nights from 7 : 00AM—7 : 30PM and 7 : 00PM—7 : 30AM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Provide direct nursing care.
• Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
• Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
• Educate patients and their families.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly : $33.50

Maximum hourly : $53.60
