We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our thrivingAccountingteamin ourCorporateofficeforourConstruction divisions.

Job Description :

The Accounts Payable Specialistis responsible formanaging and processing all invoices received for payment and undertaking the payment of all creditors inan accurate efficient andtimelymanner. This role is essential in ensuring the companys financial obligations are met and that its books are kept up to ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and havetheability to accurately track and record cash candidate should have experience inmaintaininga database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may will be expected to stay motivated work diligently meet deadlines and add value to the accounting team as well as always represent the company in a professional manner.

Experience with a contractor or developer

Required Qualifications :

2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.

High school diploma or equivalent; Associates orBachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field preferred.

Proficiencywith Excel & Word experience with a main-frame accounting system isrequired.

Ability to sit and use a computer forlong periodsof time.

Ability to work independently with attention to detail and ahigh-levelof accuracy.

Ability to follow directions andestablishedprocesses and procedures.

Ability to remain organized follow up on and complete outstanding items prior to deadlines being missed.

Ability to reconcile monthly statements.

Positive attitude professional workmanship and appearance detail oriented and results driven.

Other duties as assigned.

Salary : $27 / hrDOE
