Job Description

Join a leading equipment rental company as a Road Mechanic / Service Technician ! Work on a variety of construction and specialty equipment, including aerial lifts, generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and more at customer locations. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to grow into service or operations management.

Responsibilities :

Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and advanced repairs on diesel and heavy equipment
Troubleshoot hydraulic and electrical systems
Ensure equipment safety and reliability at job sites

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED (trade school or technical training a plus)

1-2+ years of experience with diesel, heavy construction, or specialty equipment

Valid driver's license (CDL may be required)

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, crouch, and work indoors / outdoors

Bilingual skills are a plus (location-dependent)

Pay & Benefits :

$20.96-$28.82 / hr (varies by experience & location)
