FeldCare Connects, an app-based referral network,   is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Spanish Speaking Physical Therapist to deliver quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.

This position is for an Independent Contractor to serve Simi Valley and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications :

The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
