Responsibilities :
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze financial data.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Monitor and resolve any inconsistencies in financial records.
- Assist in preparing for audits and reviews by organizing necessary financial documents.
- Stay updated on best practices and regulations within the construction industry.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
