Prepare food quickly and accurately, helping the team reach an average Speed of Service under 4 minutes.Follow recipes and procedures to ensure every order is made correctly and meets Chick-fil-A quality standards.Keep your work area clean and organized at all times to meet food safety and cleanliness goals.Complete all training within your first 30 days, including food safety, cleanliness, and BOH procedures.Support strong team performance by communicating clearly and working together during peak hours.Take care of equipment and tools, reporting anything broken or unsafe right away.Be open to feedback and grow from it, participating in performance check-ins twice a year with your leader.Qualifications and Requirements :
