- Monday through Friday, during school hours.

What You'll Do
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to identify the function of student behaviors.Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrators to support behavioral strategies within the classroom.Provide ongoing staff training on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and best practices.Collect and analyze behavioral data to track progress and adjust interventions as necessary.Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise on behavioral goals and accommodations.Support a positive school climate by promoting evidence-based strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and increase prosocial behaviors.Communicate effectively with families, ensuring consistency between school and home environments.What Youll Bring
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA services in an educational or clinical setting (preferred).Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.What You Will Love Most About The ITD Group
