We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to join our growing service team. In this role, you’ll represent Power Ford on the road providing convenient, high-quality maintenance and light repair services directly to our customers at their homes or workplaces. Key Responsibilities : Perform routine maintenance and light repair services at off-site customer locations, including oil changes, tire rotations, filters, and fluid services. Operate and maintain the mobile service van, ensuring it remains fully equipped, organized, and in safe working condition. Accurately diagnose minor issues and communicate findings clearly to the customer and Service Advisor. Deliver a professional, customer-first experience by arriving on time, working efficiently, and maintaining a clean work area. Complete all service documentation, repair orders, and inspection forms accurately through dealership systems. ​Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures. Maintain ongoing communication with the Service Department to coordinate scheduling, parts needs, and follow-up services. Uphold Power Ford’s reputation for integrity, professionalism, and top-tier service quality. Continuously develop your technical knowledge through training and certifications provided by Ford Motor Company and Power Ford.

Job Requirement : Job Requirements : High school diploma or equivalent (technical or ASE certifications preferred). Previous experience as an automotive technician or lube technician required. Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule efficiently. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor. Working Conditions : Regular driving of company mobile service vehicle. Frequent standing, bending, and lifting. Outdoor work environment; exposure to various weather conditions. May require flexible scheduling, including occasional weekends or evenings.
