$110,000 – $140,000 base plus strong bonus

The Head of US Datacentres will guide an established function, manage an experienced team while expanding client reach and driving national growth across contract hiring.

- Lead and develop two existing contract recruiters while expanding coverage across priority US markets
- Drive new contract business while strengthening relationships with national enterprise clients

You Will Need
4 - 8 years of full-desk recruitment experience within contract Energy, Tech, Life Sciences, Engineering, or Accounting and FinanceDatacentre or adjacent infrastructure sector experience would be a huge bonusDemonstrated success leading high-performing billing teamsAbility to design and execute growth plans that deliver predictable contract revenueStrong commercial judgment and ease working with senior-level decision-makersExperience coaching and developing recruiters in a scaling, performance-oriented environmentA proactive, ambitious approach with the professionalism to influence senior leadershipWhy You’ll Love It
