Sales & Customer Care Assistant Responsibilities :

• Respond to customer inquiries with expertise, product recommendations, and tact
• Assist the customer in enrolling in product / service offerings
• Process orders, prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs
• Solve customer issues in a courteous, friendly and professional manner
