CED strives to pay a competitive wage in the industry and regional market. The pay range for this position is $102.5k to $138.5k and is eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program. JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Proposal Manager manages the process for developing compliant proposal submissions in furtherance of US Government and commercial contract pursuits. The individual will coordinate with functional departments to schedule, kick-off, and coordinate all proposal development activities and proposal submission reviews through the appropriate levels of authority.

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 6 years of progressive related experience in proposal and / or contracts management within the Aerospace and Defense industry is required

SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise moving objects, weighing up to 20 pounds occasionally and / or a negligible amount of weight frequently. Involves sitting much of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Use of computer.
