Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Delta Bay Healthcare’s Infant Toddler Developmental School, “Little Angels,” is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our early-intervention team supporting children ages 0–3 in a team-based, collaborative educational environment .

About the Role

As a Pediatric PTA, you will provide play-based developmental therapy for infants and toddlers in a supportive, school-style setting. This position is ideal for candidates who thrive in a team-driven environment and seek strong opportunities for professional growth in early childhood development.

You’ll work closely with Physical Therapists and educators with 30+ years of experience , offering valuable mentorship and pathways to strengthen your clinical skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver pediatric therapy sessions for infants and toddlers

Support mobility, balance, strength, and motor-skill development

Document treatment sessions accurately and on time

Participate in a team-based interdisciplinary approach

Communicate effectively with caregivers, therapists, and educational staff

Maintain a positive, child-centered, collaborative learning environment

Qualifications

Current California PTA license

Pediatric or early-intervention experience preferred

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Comfortable working in a collaborative educational setting

CPR / First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
