Responsibilities

• Provides a positive and professional representation of the organization
• Responsible for researching and resolving customer inquiries via email or telephone
• Promotes a culture of safety for patients and employees through proper identification reporting documentation and prevention.
• Responsible for clinical and clerical data entry.
• Ensure all clinical data is accurately entered into Laboratory information system.
• Enter and update information on patients and samples into laboratory information system.
• Resolve and document problems with requisition forms.
• Maintain proper filing systems according to CAP CLIA and HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain work area and all documents in compliance with protocols SOPs CAP CLIA and HIPAA regulations or guidelines.
• Maintain work area in clean and organized condition.
• Responsible for reading and keeping up to date with all required SOPs.
• Other duties as assigned.
