A company is looking for an Alternative Payment Model Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining data structures and reports that support APM programs
Provide analytical support for monitoring program performance and payment calculations
Respond to provider questions regarding program requirements, performance, and reimbursement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 3 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Minimum 3 years of experience with alternative payment models, provider reimbursement, or healthcare quality initiatives required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word required; SQL or data querying tools knowledge is a plus
Understanding of healthcare services, provider reimbursement, and value-based care concepts
Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, and regulatory standards affecting healthcare reimbursement preferred
