[job_card.job_description]Work 12-hour night shifts Maintain 1 : 5 patient ratio for MedSurg patients Care for MedSurg and post-OR recovery patients Float as needed within scope of practice Handle oncology med / surg overflow patients 1 year of nursing experience required First-time travelers accepted Charge nurse experience requires at least 1 year Must pass open book exam on Friday during orientation with 90% score or face contract termination Required certification : BLS BSN not required Must submit nursing license Driver's license required at submittal to verify 50-mile radius requirement Artificial nails prohibited in all patient care departments - refusal to remove will result in contract termination Use EPIC charting system Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for shorter assignments Work with respiratory equipment including nasal cannula Must be outside 50-mile radius and cannot be employed with any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facilities Referral bonus
