Job Description :

The Business Analyst will drive requirements management, operational readiness, and enablement activities to support new product and service launches.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Manage requirements for product and service launch initiatives.

Use tools like AHA (or similar) to track features and product readiness.

Support teams with operational readiness and enablement for go-to-market execution.

Resolve backlog items and streamline partially operationalized processes.

Define business requirements to support global adoption and rollout.

Requirements : Must-Haves :

Experience managing requirements for product / service launches.

Familiarity with AHA or similar product / feature tracking tools.

Background in operational readiness and enablement activities.

Strong process documentation and backlog management skills.

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience supporting global product rollouts.

Exposure to cross-functional product operations teams.

Knowledge of Agile or scaled Agile frameworks.
