Ruby Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Ruby Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team in designing and building dealership websites, ensuring alignment with company goals

Required Qualifications

Experience as a senior engineer, team lead, or manager on large-scale systems

Knowledge of development and deployment technologies, including Ruby and Terraform

Experience in coaching individuals with varying competencies and communication styles

Familiarity with security protocols and operational readiness practices

Understanding of public company requirements and internal controls, if applicable
