Major Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in a clinical setting.
• Teach self-help skills, language / communication skills, and social skills to clients with autism across the lifespan in a 1 : 1 and group setting
• Implement behavior intervention plans to decrease maladaptive behaviors
• Collect data electronically on individualized treatment goals
• Provide daily written and verbal progress notes on treatment goals
• Communicate, orally and in a written form, in a clear and effective manner-with clients, families, and coworkers
• Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops (as assigned by your supervisors) to acquire further knowledge
