Competitive Pay with Tiered Differentials : Tier 3 (Med / Surg) : $5.00 / hr Tier 2 (Stepdown) : $7.50 / hr Tier 1 (ICU) : $10.00 / hr Additional Shift Differentials : Evening : $2.75 / hr Night : $4.60 / hr Weekend : $1.50 / hr Sign-On Bonus : Up to $10,000 for eligible RNs!
