Job Description :
We Are Seeking an Application Development Associate to design, build, test, and support both new and existing software applications, including mobile and web-based solutions. This role contributes to the development of program modules and provides reliable production support while working closely with technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet performance, quality, and business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Design, build, test, and enhance application programs for both new development and existing systems
- Maintain and support a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) mobile application
- Provide production support, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, testing, and deployment to production environments
- Collaborate with application architects and business analysts to validate functional and technical designs
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and participate in design and code reviews
- Analyze requirements, write code, and test simple to moderately complex application modules
- Ensure all development aligns with technical standards, performance goals, and design specifications
- Apply industry, technical, and domain best practices to all development activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards, system performance, and development processes
