Program Director For Lourie Center

Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Program Director for the Lourie Center who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing. As a Program Director you will :

Develop a strategic plan for both annual fundraising as well as a future capital campaign that is informed by a careful analysis of past giving patterns and trends, the results of a philanthropic marketing study, and a bold vision for future success.

Work closely with the SGMC Foundation Board of Directors and provide staff leadership for planning, board development, recruitment, volunteer engagement, and financial reporting.

Lead a Foundation team, though motivation and empowerment, to work effectively in support of strategic fundraising goals.

Exercise careful fiscal management to achieve a strong return on investment for fundraising expenditures.

Build strong, cooperative and productive relationships with current and prospective donors and other key stakeholders at SGMC including : the hospital president and senior executives; Foundation board members; physicians; and corporate partners.

Develop and execute initiatives to significantly expand major gift-level philanthropic support from grateful patients and other prominent individuals who value the important role SGMC plays in the community.

Maintain a portfolio of current major and principal gift donors and prospective donors, and set and achieve ambitious personal fundraising goals.

Work collegially with the Vice President & CDO and with the Senior Leadership Team and the entire Development team.

Qualifications include :

Bachelor's degree in a related field required

Master's degree preferred

Strong track record with a minimum 3 years' experience as a successful major gift fundraiser and capital campaign strategist

Experience with grateful patient fundraising programs

Work Schedule :

Capital Campaign experience preferred

Pay Range : $116,227.90 - $174,341.85

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as : United States of America (Exempt)
