All Things Metal is a leader in structural and miscellaneous steel fabrication and erection across Arizona. We've expanded with a new business unit RoXteel and we're looking for a skilled Lead Assembler to join us in Wittmann, AZ.

RoXteel specializes in industrial steel assembly (manufacturing) and erection, particularly for large-scale infrastructure and equipment for data centers.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Lead Assemble Ironworker to oversee tower assembly operations while maintaining production efficiency and high-quality standards. This is a safety-sensitive role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to guide crews through all stages of tower construction. Set weekly hours, with overtime potential. This isn't a contract, part-time or temporary position where you'll be laid off after the work is done. We have plenty of work and are looking for dedicated people to join and stay with our team.

Qualifications

• Must have 12 years of relevant experience in assembly, structural fabrication, or similar industrial work.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
• Safety-focused mindset in all tasks.
• Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for long periods
• A team player with a strong work ethic
