A company is looking for a Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leaders
Prepare expense reports and assist with financial reporting and documentation
Maintain organized administrative systems and serve as a liaison between leaders, staff, and external partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3 - 5 years of administrative experience supporting executives or senior leaders
Extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
High proficiency with MS Office, Slack, and Asana applications
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Fluency in Spanish is required if covering an area with Spanish-speaking teams
