  • Compensation :
  • $44,000–$54,000 + Bonus
  • Overview :

A well-established and growing chemical company in the Clear Lake area is seeking a Client Account Representative to join their team. This position is ideal for a recent college graduate with a Supply Chain degree or someone currently pursuing one who is eager to learn and grow within the supply chain function. The role has opened due to an internal promotion — a testament to the company’s strong culture of development and career growth.

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with customers by phone and email to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Receive, review, and process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Partner closely with the sales and supply chain teams to coordinate customer needs and implement customer strategies.
  • Work with the supply chain group to ensure accurate order releases based on forecasts and available inventory.
  • Allocate and assign inventory to customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Research, resolve, and document issues related to customer service nonconformances.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the customer service and supply chain functions.
  • Qualifications :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing degree).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
  • Team-oriented, with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
