Senior Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

We're looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our fortune 500 client and help build intelligent solutions their payment platform. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of data science, engineering, and product development, creating data systems that deliver meaningful impact to their users and business.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and deploy production-ready machine learning models that power critical features across our platform
  • Collaborate with your team to transform research prototypes into robust, scalable, and maintainable ML systems
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand business problems and define technical ML solutions
  • Improve recommendation algorithms that personalize user experiences and drive engagement
  • Develop and maintain ML pipelines that can reliably process large volumes of data (LLM)
  • Monitor model performance in production and implement strategies to detect and address model drift
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior engineers in ML best practices
  • Stay current with the latest advancements and evaluate new techniques for potential application
  • Work on cutting edge projects that are pivotal to our Fortune 500 client

    • Qualifications (Ideal, not 100% required)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related technical field (Master's or PhD preferred)
  • 3+ years of professional experience developing and deploying ML models in production environments
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
  • Experience with LLM
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets
  • Knowledge of data processing frameworks like Spark or Flink

    • This is a remote position.

    Compensation : $150,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
