Overview

We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Developer to support and enhance student information systems in a higher-education environment. This role will focus on custom development, integrations, reporting, and ongoing optimization across Campus Solutions modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications
  • Customize and support PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, SQL, and Integration Broker
  • Develop and modify Campus Solutions components, pages, records, menus, and workflows
  • Support and enhance Campus Solutions modules including :
  • Student Records
  • Admissions
  • Student Financials
  • Financial Aid
  • Campus Community
  • Develop and maintain interfaces and integrations with LMS, ERP, CRM, and third-party education platforms
  • Build reports using PS Query, BI Publisher, and SQR
  • Support PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, and PUM bundles
  • Troubleshoot production issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integrity problems
  • Partner with functional analysts, registrars, financial aid, and IT stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with higher-education policies, security standards, and documentation requirements

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of PeopleSoft development experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Campus Solutions development
  • Strong expertise in PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, SQL
  • Experience with PeopleTools 8.5x
  • Deep understanding of Campus Solutions data models and security
  • Experience with Integration Broker, web services, flat file, and REST / SOAP integrations
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with functional users in higher education

    • Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI for Campus Solutions
  • Higher-education industry experience
  • Experience integrating with Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle)
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud or hybrid environments
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
