Tandem Analyst / HP Nonstop Analyst

Job Summary :

Candidate should be able to gather requirements from Clients, analyze the requirements and test the code. The candidate should be able to contribute as an individual contributor. The candidate should have HP Nonstop Tandem skillset. The candidate should be well versed with Tandem utilities like FUP, Viewpt, Spoolcom etc. Database skills required are - Escribe file handling along with SQLMP. The candidate should have rich knowledge of writing COBOL code from scratch. The candidate should be able to debug and identify issues and bugs in a code. Knowledge of TACL language and writing TACL scripts is a must. The candidate should be aware of Agile practices, should have exposure to sprints. Knowledge of Guardian Procedure calls is also required.

Experience :

Minimum 10 Years of experience in Tandem is required.

Required Skills :

Tandem, SCOBOL / COBOL, Enscribe, SQLMP / MX, TACL, Hp nonstop utilities - FUP, Viewpt, Spoolcom

Nice to have skills :

BFS Domain experience, Exposure to SQLMX is good to have.
