IC Design Lead

Location : Colorado Springs, CO On-site

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).

Drive innovation at the cutting edge of semiconductor technology! Were seeking an IC Design Lead to take complex integrated circuits from concept to production, leading a talented team and collaborating across disciplines in sensing, imaging, signal processing, and advanced systems.

What Youll Do :

  • Lead IC projects end-to-end, from planning to tape-out.
  • Manage a local team of 45 engineers and coordinate with global partners.
  • Guide architecture, integration, and system-level design decisions.
  • Ensure high-quality results while mitigating risks and solving complex challenges.

What You Bring :

  • Masters in EE, Optical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
  • 7+ years in IC design with leadership experience.
  • Strong CMOS IC expertise (digital, memory, MCU, mixed-domain).
  • Proven track record with tape-outs and embedded-system products.

    • Preferred : Experience with consumer products, Cadence tools, Matlab / Python / LabView, low-power designs.
