Dermatologist Position Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered) Practice Setting: Established, multi-location dermatology group Status: Confidential Search Position Overview A well-established, physician-led dermatology group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join its growing practice. This opportunity offers the ability to practice high-quality dermatologic medicine with strong operational support, clinical autonomy, and a stable patient base. The organization supports dermatologists with centralized administrative services, allowing physicians to focus on patient care while maintaining meaningful input into how medicine is practiced. Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dermatology care , including diagnosis and treatment of medical dermatologic conditions Perform in-office procedures as appropriate (biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, etc.) Opportunity to incorporate surgical, cosmetic, or subspecialty interests , depending on experience and practice needs Deliver patient-centered care while maintaining high clinical and ethical standards Collaborate with experienced clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes Practice Environment Established patient panels with consistent demand Experienced clinical support staff Efficient workflows and modern practice management systems Emphasis on physician autonomy and long-term career growth Supportive, collegial culture with a focus on quality and continuity of care Qualifications MD or DO with completion of an accredited Dermatology residency Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology Eligible for or holding an active state medical license Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to patient care, professionalism, and teamwork Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation structure (base salary and/or productivity-based model) Comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, dental, and vision coverage Retirement plan with employer contribution Paid time off and CME allowance Malpractice coverage Relocation assistance and/or sign-on incentives may be available depending on location and experience Why This Opportunity Join a stable, growing dermatology organization with a strong regional presence Focus on medicine while benefiting from centralized operational support Flexibility to shape your practice and pursue professional interests Long-term career opportunity with leadership and growth potential
