Key Responsibilities — Manufacturing Project Coordinator
Coordinate CNC machining projects by working with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to track scope, objectives, and timelinesSupport project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning to ensure on-time and on-budget executionAssist with material sourcing and supplier quotation requests based on project specifications and cost targetsCollaborate with shop leads and machinists to develop manufacturing plans aligned with engineering requirementsMonitor project progress by maintaining communication between internal departments and external suppliersProvide regular customer updates and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycleSupport the sales and quoting process with technical input and cost estimatesQualifications — Manufacturing Project Coordinator
1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, CNC machining, or project coordination with strong technical aptitudeWorking knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) or willingness to learnFamiliarity with manufacturing processes, CNC machining principles, and part manufacturabilityStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with customer-facing capabilitySelf-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to work independentlyPreferred Qualifications — CNC Project Coordinator
