Mobile Service Advisor – Broadway Ford Truck

Location : St. Louis, MO

Full-Time | Monday–Friday Schedule, approximately 4 Saturdays per year

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Mobile Service Advisor to join our Ford Pro Elite team.

In this role, you’ll be the direct point of contact for customers receiving on-site mobile maintenance and light repair services —providing top-notch communication, accurate documentation, and exceptional service from start to finish.

You’ll work closely with our Mobile Service Technicians to schedule and coordinate jobs, ensuring every fleet and business customer gets efficient, professional care—right at their location.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main contact for mobile service customers—scheduling appointments and managing service updates.

Accurately document customer concerns and recommended services.

Coordinate with mobile technicians to ensure timely, organized dispatching and workflow.

Communicate repair status and updates to customers throughout the process.

Prepare and review service estimates, repair orders, and final invoices.

Ensure mobile service vehicles are stocked, organized, and ready for daily operation.

Promote maintenance programs and fleet service opportunities.

Support service department goals for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive or truck service department.

Prior experience at a Ford dealership, heavy truck, or fleet service environment preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Proficiency with computers and dealership management systems (CDK experience a plus).

Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules effectively.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
