Your Role :

• Conduct engaging tax interviews with clients both in-person and via virtual platforms including video, phone, chat, and email.
• Prepare thorough and accurate tax returns to meet clients' needs.
• Drive business growth and enhance client retention by offering additional products and services.
• Provide essential guidance to clients regarding IRS support.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet office priorities and foster teamwork.
• Continuously expand your tax expertise through ongoing learning and development.

Pay Range Information :

The pay range for this position is $11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Individual pay will depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, and performance. Successful candidates may also have opportunities for incentive compensation and other benefits.
