What You Bring

• 5+ years of success in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly targets in a consultative selling environment
• Deep expertise in residential HVAC, including heat pump sizing, system design, quoting, and solution-based selling
• Comfort with technology and digital tools, including CRM systems, remote design software, and virtual communication platforms
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and build trust with homeowners
• Excellent organization and time management, with strong follow-through and CRM discipline
• Confident presenter and storyteller, comfortable in 1:1 consultations or group settings
• High attention to detail, a curious mindset, and a drive to find tailored, high-performance solutions for every customer

Nice to Have

• Sales leadership experience, including mentoring or training junior reps
• Multilingual communication skills, especially Spanish, to support a broader range of homeowners and partners
• Experience with utility programs, rebates, or incentive structures for heat pumps and home energy upgrades
• Familiarity with Manual J, S, and D or relevant HVAC design software
• Background in energy efficiency, building science, or home performance
• Previous experience selling to or through contractors, utilities, or city programs
• Comfort working in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Knowledge of home electrification technologies beyond HVAC, like heat pump water heaters, EV chargers, or smart panels

$120,000 - $250,000 a year

For this role, we offer a combination of base salary plus commission, with target earnings between $120,000 and $250,000, varying with experience and sales proficiency. The position also includes stock awards + benefits. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
