Equipment Operator
We are seeking dedicated equipment operators to efficiently load and unload super sacks of concrete, meeting the production goal of one sack every 30 minutes. Operators will primarily manage equipment with additional responsibilities including site clean-up, material movement, and occasional print tasks. A collaborative, team-first attitude is essential as flexibility is key in this role.
Operate telehandlers, including JCB 510 and Manitu, effectively and safely.
Load and unload super sacks of concrete in a timely manner to meet production goals.
Participate in site clean-up and assist with material movement as needed.
Support occasional printing tasks and other assigned duties to maintain team efficiency.
Proficiency in operating 12K telehandlers, with extensive recent experience.
Ability to work multiple hours per day, five days a week, within the last six months.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
Experience with telehandlers and similar equipment is a must.
Willingness to work at multiple job sites as needed.
Must live within 50 miles of the site for per diem eligibility.

This role involves working in outdoor construction environments. Shift options include 7AM-7PM day shifts and 7PM-7AM night shifts, with guaranteed hours and potential overtime. This is a contract position based out of Austin, Texas.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 / hr.
