Essential Functions :

Provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to create safe, therapeutic environments that meet established standards, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with the healthcare team, utilize evidence-based practices, implement critical interventions, and lead efforts to ensure enhanced patient safety. Deliver individualized care while incorporating patient and family involvement throughout the healthcare continuum.

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license in the state of practice, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Educational Requirements : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Functional Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Skills & Abilities : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong decision-making capabilities, proficiency in electronic health records, and demonstrated ability to work effectively in team settings.
