Unqork Engineer

Job Summary (Unqork Engineer) :

• Support and maintain a large enterprise Underwriting platform built on Unqork.
• Troubleshoot triage and resolve Level 3 production incidents in Unqork.
• Analyze and resolve issues across Unqork forms workflows rules data mappings and UI logic.
• Support and maintain API integrations (REST / SOAP) between Unqork and external systems.
• Deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates such as rule logic module updates and UI fixes.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts QA and cross-functional technical teams (including Spring Boot Boomi and Integration teams).
• Participate in release cycles validation and production deployments.
• Work closely with client SMEs and Underwriters to resolve functional and business queries.
• Maintain technical documentation runbooks and configuration inventories.
• Utilize strong skills in Unqork configuration JSON APIs payload debugging and integration troubleshooting.
• Analyze system logs behaviors and cross-system data flows.
• Experience with event-driven workflows and tools such as Postman Splunk / ELK or Browser DevTools.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving communication and client-handling skills.
