Become a key player in Comcast’s Technology & Product organization as part of the Global Reliability Engineering & Operations team—driving innovation and resilience across our global platforms. Collaborating with teams across the U.S., Europe, and India, you’ll help implement mission-critical programs that shape the future of reliability at Comcast. Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Scope

Define program scope based on product and business requirements. Drive planning and alignment on program milestones.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Partner with senior leaders to secure participation from required core team members and foster collaboration across functions.

Schedule & Task Management

Build and maintain detailed program plans, including schedules, critical path tasks, and dependencies. Track progress and recommend adjustments to plans as needed to meet objectives.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle. Escalate issues promptly and collaborate on resolution strategies.

Performance Monitoring

Analyze actual performance against plans and ensure milestones and timelines are achieved.

Stakeholder Communication

Provide clear, timely updates on program status, risks, and changes. Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.

Quality Assurance

Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet defined success criteria and program objectives.

Deployment & Change Management

Support development of deployment strategies, change management plans, and tools for controlled rollouts and field implementation.

Documentation & Governance

Maintain comprehensive, accessible documentation of program plans, decisions, risks, and updates for stakeholder reference.

Other Responsibilities

Consistent exercise of independent and collaborative judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Delivers on commitments while demonstrating a high level of integrity and respect for all teammates and stakeholders.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Experience with complex systems and processes : Comfortable navigating new systems, processes, and workflows to implement effective program management, ask the right questions, and make impactful recommendations.

Adaptability : Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and dynamic environments.

Desired Skills

AI experience : Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, tools, or applications.
